The shoulder joint is the most flexible joint in the human body to allow the reach necessary for activities of our daily life.
The shoulder joint has a complex structure one major joint & three smaller joints, together called The Shoulder Girdle,
all working together to provide great reach & flexibility.
With this high flexibility comes the instability as the shoulder joint may injure with high physical overloading.
